1986 crx si fuel injected
 

Hi thank you for taking you’re time to read this as I am in dire need of help and I am stuck, my crx has been running a little sluggish and at first it was just a misfire so I changed the spark plugs, fixed the problem for a while until the pgmfi light comes on so I run injector cleaner and it fixed for a little, so then I think and I check the fuel filter and it was bad so I changed that as well as the fuel pump and the ignition coil as well as the distributor cap and rotor, none of these seemed to really help except I can tell my fuel pressure is better as it’s not misfire just sluggish now, could this be from a lack of air, well and quite frankly I don’t know what to do please help, thank you.

Did you check the air filter and the timing? See if the air filter needs replacing? Loosen (slightly) the hold down bolt on the distributor, start engine, turn the distributor small increments to get the best idle, tighten hold down bolt. Take a test drive and see if it is any better?? Do the spark plug wires need changing??

Take fuel pressure test. Guessing at it is not good. Make sure you exhaust is not restricted.
