Default 1991 break swap... How and what fits???

Ok so i'm new to the Honda scene. Just bought a 91 lx sedan. Bought it because it was in amazing shape, also helped out a friend. Motor was blown so i rebuilt a d16y8 and swapped it in, it was pretty easy. I probly could have just bought a new one and saved myself the trouble but didn't. Now onto the breaks. How easy is it to put the 10.3" disks on there what would i need to do that? how can i swap the rear breaks for disk breaks? help i know im a noob -_-

you can use '90-93 EX rear disc brakes. The easiest way to do it would be to just swap the rear knuckles with the hubs and brakes attached. You will also need the rubber lines, you will probably need the parking brake cables from the EX as well.
