My dad and I are rebuilding a blown 2000 civic ex and are having trouble figuring out what is the best way to go about for the least amount of money. The engine that was in it was a D16Y8 (currently with a large hole that a piston shot through), the chasis is EJ8. We want to convert it from an automatic to manual transmission with the engine having the most horsepower. Any suggestions?
