2001 Honda Civic EX Master brake Cylinder help Needed

I have to cahange the master cylinder rotors and calipers on my civic, I have already completed the pads, rotors and calipers but i am still waiting on the master cylinder to get here, what exactly do I have to do when i get the master barke cylinder in? Do i just have to bolt it up add fluid and bleed the brakes??? Or do I have to have some shop adjust the booster? The booster was not the problem and it was working fine before. The problem was the diaphragm in the master cylinder that tore and then the front left brakes were locked up after i would drive for a couple miles. Please help with any suggestions or prior experience with this.

welcome to the forum. Sorry no prior experience with this. but after changing the master cylinder, find a diaphram type pump or a direct pump that will not allow any air into the system and bleed your brake backwards from the brake cylinder, this will take air out of the system into the master. be aware the resovoir will fill up and needs to be drained or sucked out. a turkey baster can suck out fluid good. doing this with the farthest cylinder first also places clean fluid into your system.
