I just got a stock, black 01 civic that I would like to tweak a little bit. Nothing expensive, just smalls mods.

It's a Manual 5 speed so I want to get a louder muffler on it. Are there any good bolt on Mufflers that would make it sound deep but not too obnoxious?

Also, I have Silverstar ultra headlight bulbs, but would like to change the factory housings to something black. I have tried chrome taillights off of ebay, but the seals were ugly and they were dim. I don't have the money for wheels/tires, but I am also going to get the windows tinted.

If you guys have any recommendations for products or upgrades, please let me know.

you can black out the headlights yourself there are plenty of DIYs on the internet its very easy same thing for the tails .and as for the muffler look in to a twin loop they sound really nice look on youtube obx makes a relatively cheap one or i hate to say it check ebay.
