Question 2002 Civic LED dash bulb replacement?

hi, im new to the forums and to honda. i bought an 02 civic ex coupe earlier today and have big plans for it because i cant seem to leave a car alone. im wanting to replace the instrument cluster with bright blue leds because the stock bulbss are going out anyways. im not sure what bulbs to use, and i have looked around on youtube looking for methods and what to use. i heard i need a t5 led bulb, but there are many variations of them and im unsure on which ones i need.

also, i am interested in looking for some rims for it, so if you guys have any suggestions, let me know! i would like the rims to have blue on them because i will plasti-dip the emblems blue and various small parts on the inside of the car as well. im going to smoke the headlights and taillights and try to get tint, too. it would be cool if the rims had black spokes and the edge of the rim blue.

Thanks for helping me out

you can also swap the old cluster for a newer 04-05 which are already led lite. i wouldn't smoke either front or brake lights because of legal issues you will be harassed if not ticketed by cops also if you ever get rear ended by someone its going to be considered your fault do to the lack of light output from your brake lights. rota makes some blue wheels i wouldn't go any bigger the 17s 16s are the best option Wheel Collection - ROTA Wheels

thats true about the headlights and taillights, but my original plan is to just smoke them a bit. i know alot of people nearly black them out, but im not gonna take it that far. also, where is a good place to look for an 04-05 instrument cluster? i dont want a fake/junkie one and i cant seem to find any on amazon

it doesn't matter if it lightly smoke it still wouldn't pass inspection they have to emit a certain output they can test with light meters cops carry them. ebay usually has used clusters.
