2014 Civic 1.8, help hesitates under load
 

Hello honda lovers, I have a 2014 honda civic manual that has a weird hesitation under load, not a missfire, seems to be electrical, no engine codes, brief description of the car, cats are cutted, has an aftermarket intake
I had a donor car so i was able to rip some parts, ive changed the accelerator sensor, new mass airflow, new oxy sensors, throttle body ( did a relearn ), did a pressure test on the intake, it doesnt leak
one thing ive noticed is that if im going at a consistant rpm and i use my blinker the problem will immediately show itself, other then that it happens pretty randomly in low load situations, so im leaning towards ecu or damaged wiring harness as i just changed the transmission only a couple months ago
probably just going to bring it to a dealer to get it looked at but wanted to come on here to see if anyone else has the same issue or would have some insight on what it might be
