I have a chance to get 2 racing seats (not sure on the brand) from a friend of a friend of mine, plus 2 5 point harnesses for $70. These seats came out of a '90 Prelude. My question is will they fit in my '91 Civic? This is a really good deal but even so I don't want to buy something that won't fit.

Welcome to the forums... yes they can fit.. all you will need to do is cut the track off the bottom of the seat and weld the track from your OEM seats in place on the aftermarket seats... all in all it should only take about 30 minutes or so and any custom shop will do it for you for relitavely cheap..
