97 civic?????

just picked up a 97 civic ex.
i see alot of convertion to 99 si,what do i need i know bumper but what else?
also my headlights are kind of low how do i adjust it?

97 to a 99-00 conversion, huh?...for the front end, you'll need the front bumper, both fenders, hood and headlights, all 99-00 alrite.

bout ur low beam thang, dunno
