my buddy has a 97 civic with a d16y7 sohc non v-tec. we can't turn the motor with the sparkplugs in. take them out and we can if you take the sparkplugs out and put the wires back down the tube and turn it , it will push them out. were not sure what it could be any ideas of what we should check.
