accord engine in civic

Default accord engine in civic
is there a civic that the engine from an 89 accord would fit in. the accord motor is the a20a1, not very popular. any help???

welcome to the forum.. the motor you are talking about should in any civic its either way with a motor swap you are going to have to rebuild mounts and redo the wiring harness. but yes it will fit with a little work.

ok thanks, i found an 89 civic shell, i just didnt know if the motor would physically fit in the engine bay
