Advice on Msd box

i hear a msd box is a waste of money on a stock enine?But I just got a 6al msd box or free! Would it hurt to hook it up anyways considerin it wont cost me anything??

I'd go with MSD external coil with dist. cap and rotor upgrade if you want optimum performance of the 6al

It shouldnt hurt if you hook it up properly... just won't help that much. It's a good deal since you got it for free!
