Default After oil leaked fixed... check engine light problems

Hey guys, I recently got my oil leaked fixed, it was coming from the rear main seal, crankshaft main seal and also the oil pan gasket. but the thing is now driving it, it has check engine problems. When I first got my car, I never had check engine light problems and have always passed smogged but this time for whatever reason after the oil leak fixed it started giving me the lights. I then went back to the mechanic the same day to tell him that there was lights and I guess he used the obdi2 scanner to delete the codes, I'm hoping that he fixed it but when I put in my obdi2 scanner, it gave me p0715 - input/turbine shaft, speed sensor a circuit, it also gave me a catalyst mon - INC and oxygen sens mon - INC. How do I fix these? Thanks!

Hey man, so when it came on for the first time I went back to him and he cleared all the codes with no check engine light but when I got home and checked the scanner, everything cleared and I'm good to go when it comes to smogging. Thanks!
