AfterMarket Almarm Sytem Help please
 

OK, so i bought this 91 honda civic awhile back thinking it had motor issues cause it would not start... So i swapped out the motor and still im getting the same thing.. Its just cranks over. Its getting spark, Also the have the fuel pump on a toggle switch and im think they did that cause the alarm system shut off the fuel rail, Kinda like the vats system the have in GM cars... Can someone help me or tell me how to dis arm it. M# for the alarm system AGA-2701
