Automatic Transmission chugging

I have just recently purchased a 2013 civic touring from a Honda dealer . Took it for a short test drive and everything seemed fine. After picking it up and driving it for a day I have noticed the car chugs shortly after the transmission shifts into 2nd gear and half way to 3rd gear only under gentle acceleration . It will not happen all the time and varies from subtle to very noticeable and will never do it accelerating up a hill or when accelating faster. I have checked all the forums and have seen everything from ecu reflash , fluid degradation , and faulty torque converter. Has anyone had this issue and actually got it resolved or is this another dealer described " normal tendency ". I have a few weeks yet to give the car back to the dealer and it still has a 3 months to go on drive train warranty. I am currently going through the usual run around from the dealer but really like the car and would like to keep the car if it's a simple fix. Thanks.
