Hi - I have 2017 one. I rarely drive the car so it's only 4.5K miles now. However, there was one time (2 weeks ago) the screen blacked out when I turned on my car - no audio, no camera, no temp... I touched the on/off button which was blacked out as well and it was still blank.
I turned off the car and turned back on - the screen was still blacked out so I played with the button on the top (day/night light adj button - I think) and it was on...
Not sure what happened and I read other Honda cars had that same problem from time to time too... and some time dealers could not get the problem..
Did it happen to you? If so, what did you do to have the screen on?

welcome to the forum. if your car is still under warranty, go back to the dealer and have them show you how to fix this, if they cannot, they may have to fix or replace the unit. some have had the nav sys reprogramed.
