Default engine oil additive

I was wondering if this product called engine restore was any good to put into my b series engine? it’s an oil additive that is supposed to improve compression on high mileage engines. will this make a mess on the inside of my engine? any thoughts would help.

I used this on a 94 ford aerostar 3.0 at 220k, and it is now being used by another owner 260k, it runs great so far today. Never used it on a Honda.

Might want to look into that new product called zmax, I know a guy who used oil additives on his integra and said it feels smoother through the powerband.
