Default firing order wrong? 91 civic Dx.

recently aquired a '91 civic hb, sat for a much longer time than i was told. most electrical connections have been replaced,ie: bulbs,fuses,etc... NEW plugs, wires, filters, even a new head. the engine bogs when the rpms are low and i think the firing order is wrong since ive experienced this kind of problem before. it was stalling everytime i took it out of gear to stop, but not so much now after i ran fuel treatment/moisture remover through it, but still this bogging is burning up ALOT of gas. no civic should be getting 15mpg...

and how does one stop that infernal chime for the seat-belt? you have to fasten the belt to turn off the warning lights, but the chime just goes and goes and goes..

welcome to the forum. Check your idle control valve, also known as electronic air control.
