h22a or b18c??

Default h22a or b18c??

ok so i have a 99 civic ex and i want to do an engine swap. i drove a 93 prelude with the h22a and i loved it right when the vtec kicked in because you can definitely feel it compared to my d16y8. so which swap should i go with?

i like the b18 for a naturally asperated or turbo setup but i think the h22 is the better engine if your turbo it, check out streetfire.net and search jax's h22 civic videos. This civic was beating 600cc street bikes, 5.0 mustang, and was almost keeping up with a corvette. He had a 98civic with a h22 and a 35mm turbo.

if u plan on doin a h22 turbo u need to plan on spending ALOT of money it takes way more work for a h22 id do the b18 its worth the money and u can actully do more with it without spendin all the $$$$$ thats just my advice

Honestly I have a h22 swap and I love it. It's wicked fast and spanks a lot of car. It's car is an high 13 second car and gets 30 MPG. I currently have it for sale $4,500.
