can u get 10s on no juice, no turbo just block stroking,and head work. single cam. i have some1 sayin ya can . i say bs.. but im notthat familiar with jap cars. seen some mean ones, but they had turbos and juice or either.

 

98 honda civic ex. single over head cam 1.6. raised the compression ratio to 10:1 port n polish 1mm oversized valves upgraded ignition system (coil, dist., wired plugs cap and rotor button) 425 cc injectors fuel pressure regulator set 55 psi take some weight out redid the exhaust cold air intake of course new rods new crank new cam. dyno and tune it ran 8's so yes it is very possible on an 8th
