Default How to replace turn signal bulb in a '98?!!!

It appears that the right front turn signal bulb needs to be replaced in my '98 Civic DX. How do I go about removing the headlight housing in order to access the bulb?

thanks!

Sam

remove the clips on the wheel well guard ( plastic to prevent water from splashing into the light area,) stick your arm into the back of the light and remove and replace the turn signal bulb. If you turn your wheel to the left, there will be more room to get the splash guard open to get your arm in. If you go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and look at the diagram, it may assist you better.
