I hear a click when gear change from R to D

The first time I started noticing this was when I was doing a slow reverse uphill (for like 3 seconds), btw the back of the car was facing uphill, and when I changed it to D(rive), I heard a loud click at the back end of the car. Ever since then, I would hear a click (not as loud) in the same location. Should I get that checked out?

Btw, it is a 1-month old 2010 Honda Civic Automatic. Also, I noticed today that for some reason, it felt like my car was not changing gear automatically, or at least the RPM was not going down as low as it usually does after a gear shift.

Do you here this as you are appling the brake? If There is a change in shifting I would take it to the Dealer,it's under warranty so what do you have to lose.

After I reverse, I step on the brake, then after a full stop, I change it to D(rive), and after that, I would hear the click (my foot is still on the brake pedal). Are the breaks of a 2010 honda civic at the rear wheels?
