Looking At Used 2009 Honda Civic DX

Thanks for taking the time to read my post first of all.

As mentioned I am looking at a used 2009 Honda Civic DX. What should I be focusing on when I go look at it? Rust obviously, owner says no rust and it does look good in the pictures but want to investigate it obviously. What are know issues I can look for? It comes with the safety so that's a plus...

I am in Ontario Canada and we have a new electronic safety system and it passed so that's one thing off my mind but as we all know issues can arise at any time.

Common issues or concerns would be greatly appreciated.

Since you don't k now how to check a vehicle maybe take it to a mechanic to look at.
