Low voltage, power window

Iam getting only 3 volts to the front passenger's power window of my 4 door 92 Civic? Where should I look? Is there a module involved, if so where is it located?

well take a dvom and have fun, probally a wire with to much resistance

if you can find a wire diagram ( local library ) start from the fuse to the the motor
