Default Overheating Problems???

My 1998 Honda civic dx was over heating because the fan was not turning on. So I changed the fan coolant sensor. It is still over heating. This is what I have checked and done... flushed the system, cheked the coolant levels, checked to make sure the bottom hose gets warm which tells me the thermosat is opening. Not sure what else to do. Its not leaking any fluid, but I was thinking maybe it could be the water pump starting togo out?? Did rencently put a new timing belt on but didnt change the water pump at the time like a dumb a**. Any advise would be greatly appericated
