PRoblem with door lock Civic 2001 SI
I can only lock my door when the key is on.. When I remove the key I can't lock or unlock my door, i have to do it manually, what can possibly do that?? can someone help me??

Welcome to the forum, try this ,The auto door unlocking feature has three possible settings:
● The auto door unlocking is deactivated all the time.
● On A/T vehicles, the driver's door unlocks when you move the shift lever to the Park (P) position. This is the default setting.
● The driver's door unlocks whenever you turn the ignition switch to the ACCESSORY (I) position. This is the default setting on M/T vehicles. *If that does not work ,insert key,turn forward 2 clicks,do not start engine. Press and hold the door buttonto it's unlock position. After 5 seconds you will hear a click don't let go wait 5 more seconds until you hear a second click. hope that helps.
