RE: Smoking Idle

When you shut down from a long run, do you allow your turbo to cool down for a few minutes before shut down, the bearing may be leaking oil into the exhaust side, or the seal is leaking oil into the exhaust side of the turbo. Have you been checking the oil to see if it is going down in quantity also. Do you have a warranty for your turbo.

I do have a turbo timer on it that is set to shut down after 1 min. I have been keeping an eye ontheoil level and its been fine. But on the warranty I have to ask my sponser, I orderd it from them.
