struts
 
i have a 2005 civic, i'm thinking about changing the struts,is this a job i can do, are there any special tools needed. any tips or advice would be appreciated. thks!!

its easy but don't buy cheap struts either get OEM,Koni,KYB or Tokico. here is a DIY http://gametrax.net/springs/index.html there are also videos on YOUTUBE. here are the rear shocks diy

its also a good idea to replace the upper strut bearings while everything is apart you can order them here number #9 http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...SHOCK+ABSORBER

no problem i also suggests you purchase a manual from a parts store it comes in handy especially for torque specifications. also check your compliance bushings in the front they are notorious for ripping on these cars if they fail you will have to take everything apart again which will require paying for another alignment.

engine swap
 
i have a 1995 civic coupe 1.6 vtec, with 5 spd tranny. and i would like to get more power or possible do an engine swap. what would be the best engine to swap acura integra,or another honda model ? or just try to turbo charge, and add to the original engine. new cam, larger injectors and so on?
someone please help.
