Throttle Controller for Older Civic?
 

I own a 2002 Honda Civic Lx with an automatic transmission. I was looking into mods that can help give the car some pep. I am not expecting anything crazy without doing engine work, but I read about throttle controllers. I have only heard good things and it seems like an easy enough install, the only issue is that I'm having trouble finding a unit for my year of civic. Many controllers are only specified for years as low as 2006, and as far as I am aware the 7th generation (2001-2005) civic's throttle is also controlled electronically. Does anyone have any experience with this or know where to find a universal / custom throttle controller? Thanks, everyone.
