welcome to the forum, sounds like a possible crank or rod knock. If the car has high milage or it was run low on oil it may have wore out a bearing. you can hear a rod or crank knock mostly when applying power. when backing off, it is quiet or less noisy.

so i have been asking around somemore and people are telling me thast if it were a rod bearing that i would not be able to drive the car and i drive it everyday :( im thinkin maybe its a valve or lifter maybe??? anyone??

you probably just need a valve adjustment this is common on higher mileage vehicles .
