What I gotta do to fix these error codes ?

Code: P1457e mil , P1457E pend

Gotta do a state inspection.

Welcome to the forum,not sure what year and make car you have but P1457 is the EVAP canister system, including the popular vent-shut valve underneath the left-rear seat.
