1997 Honda Civic Hub Caps
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased 1994-1997 honda civic hub caps in clean condition for $35 but realized they weren’t fitting right. Do the hub caps need a retention ring or not? I’m fearing I might have 99’ wheels and it doesn’t fit
