2002 Honda Accord Driver's Seat Unstable

Greetings! I have purchased a 2002 Honda Accord LX. 133K mileage, in very good condition. The driver's seat is unstable. The electronic adjustments for the seat work fine, however, when braking, the seat rocks and I am very concerned about safety. The glider which is secured to the floor is in place however, the seat itself rocks. I do not have the means to order new parts however, I am looking for recommendations to alleviate this problem and drive a safe vehicle. It was suggested to me that either a person miss-used the seat electronics or was of large size and weight caused the seat to lose its stability. Also recommended to solder the seat in place so that it did not deviate from a safe driving position. Any thoughts or recommendations greatly appreciated. I have purchased this vehicle for my son, thinking it would be a long-lasting and safe means of transportation for him. Many thanks! Vickie

Welcome in,I have a 2000 accord that is the same as your 2002. When you pull the lever up it dis I gauges with the track and allows movement when the lever is released it should move toward the floor by way of a spring, make sure the lever is in the downward position.the lever attaches at the back of the seat at the rail .
