2018 CRV safety systems shutting down

Need some help. Have a new 2018 CRV. Anytime roads get wet the safety systems shutdown. Could be an hour so after things dry up before systems come back have friends with a 2017 never had an issue including my mothers pilot. Rain can stop and systems still malfunctioning. Anyone out there had anything similar?

welcome to the forum sorry i don't have a CR-V but if your vehicle is under warranty, it would be advisable to take it to the dealer to fix. anyone else try fixing it and damage the system, the warranty will not over the fix. it could be a loose plug allowing water or moisture to get in.

I have found that heavy rain or snow disables the safety systems. Takes a litle while for them to resume. Sensor must become blocked. A friend with a Toyota Avalon has the same issue.
