Have a 96 accord, originally had no radio. Previous owner did some weird stuff to the wiring. I fixed the wires for radio and put a new Boss Aduio touch screen " father-in-law hooked me up" in. It turned on and was good. I took the new radio out to tape up the wires. When i hooked the radio back up, it didnt turn on. I checked power from 12v constant is shows 3.4v, i checked red ignition 12v has no power. I checked fuses they're good. I then realized my clock, obd2 port, and cigarette outlet had no power. I've read that it may be the radio anti theft. Is their a way to reset it without oem radio and what other possibilities... thanks in advance
