First/Used bike/ Aspects to look for

I’ve found a Shadow Aero that I’m thinking about going with as a first motorcycle. I wasn’t quite sure what to look for so I just figured low miles for the budget I was willing to spend. The bike’s a 09’ that has about 2.2k miles & out the door price is $5.1k. I know a 2022 isn’t quite double that out the door so I’m curious as to if that $5.1 is a good price or a steep one for being almost 13 y/o.
