I have checked a few youtube videos ...is that the way to go ? being its the dead of winter i really didn't want to tear of the bumper cover out in the cold and snow , thanks guys for any help

the head lamp is normally sealed and moisture should not build up in it. may be a seam leak. only way that i know how to clear that out is to take the lamp/bulb out and blow dry warm air into the hole. like using a hair dryer.
