Default Honda Ridgeline Timing issues #.5

I need some help and suggestions. I knew the engine was out of time and the belt was well overdue to be replace so, I matched the cam marks up and the crank mark replaced the belt and now it still will not run. Before i changed the belt i'm pretty sure it jumped time so that why i went a head and replaced the belt with no results. So what did i not do right and how do i fix it?

welcome to the forum. im guessing that the crank is 180 degrees out, could be on exhaust instead of compression.
