Hydraulic brake line washer to brake shoe

On a 2010 Honda Accord LX-P inline 6, can a copper washer be substituted for a new OEM washer and seal satisfactorily? Is merely using retightening on the same washer appropriate after the bolt has been loosened?

it's probably not recommended but I have reused washers in a pinch..make sure there are no leaks
