Default Transmission problems

So I bought a 1999 v6 Honda accord and I absolutely loved driving it, now the transmission has slipped and is basically completely out and will only get power every once in a while, there is also a pretty big oil leak in I believe the oil pan, nowhere else in the engine I can see. Do I just transmission swap and fix the oil pan issue or completely engine/transmissions swap the whole thing the engine does have 300k miles on it and I’ve really been wanting a 4 banger

It's time to get rid of that car. It's 25 years old and not worth fixing. I got rid of my 2002 6 cylinder Accord a few years ago after the fuel lines started to leak from corrosion and there was a slight coolant leak. needing a new water pump and a a third timing chain. I had only 18000 miles on that car. My car was 23 years old and I had great use of that car with very few problems. Honda doesn't make cars as well as they used to.
