Plz help

So i was adjusting my valves to spec got done went to start car got a high rev then it shut off my dumb *** left tool on crank pulley does anyone have any idea what i may have done for car not to start now

check to see if the timing belt slipped a notch or damaged the belt (if you have a belt)

Does sound like the timing slipped.

it cranks like it always did but wont start
