Default BF75 vs BF100 - camshaft only difference? Lift?

Hi all - I purchased an 80s BF Honda outboard, no idea if it is 7.5 or 10 hp (part and serial number are MIA.

Only parts difference is the camshaft that I can see (10 HP has higher RPM).

Does anyone have either a 7.5 or 10 HP and can measure the cam lift for me PLEASE???

Thanks,

Larry

HI you do not need to measure the lift to find out what engine you have. All you have to do is take of the cover and look under the puller in the back side
it will be engraved Bf75 or bf100
