fuel problem on BF200 Honda

Been in the shop replaced every filter fuel pump cleaned and replaced injectors still only getting 6lbs of fuel pressure from 40lbs entering the engine

anyone have any idea where to look next?

JJP301 06-01-2021 01:24 PM

recap: after all the parts were replaced still only get 6lbs off fuel pressure. The repair shop don't know what to check next, so hes going to contact a Honda rep

Its hard to believe no one else had a problem like this.

What is hard to believe is that you have 40 lbs in and only 6 lbs out?
There must be a restriction along the line somewhere????

That's what the mechanic told me. Could it be a vent screen is missing. I don't know anything about repairing outboards but that is something I read.
He had the fuel system all apart and didn't see any restrictions. He said he is going to contact Honda to see if he missed anything.
It's probable something he missed that's really dumb
Thanks for your response
