honda 90 lossing power

Hello evryone, I have a new Honda 90 with 40 hours on it and already having problems. When I run the motor between 5000 and 5500 rpm for more than 3 to 5 min the motor starts to loose power and start jerking and on and off I have to slow it down to about 4000rpm to solve the problem. Thanks.

do changed the controlbox? Honda change the electronicbox for free
