I got a free honda 9.9 because it didn't run and the guy bought a new one so I am in the stages of tunning it up and making sure it runs well. I am 15 and I don't have much money, so my question is should I fix it up and put it on a boat or should I put it on a boat and sell it. If i do sell it how much do you think I should try and sell it for (I live in maine)
