2015 Metropolitan Fuel gauge not working
 

The gauge does not work, scooter won't start and there is no sound when you turn the key to on. I have 2 scooters so I exchanged the black relay next to the fuse box and that was not the issue. The gas tank is full and the engine cranks but does not start. The sound I referred to is the sound when you first turn the key to on and only lasts for 2 to 3 seconds and stops when the the engine light cuts off.Fuses do not look burned or broken. All other electrical items do not have any issues.
