Default PCX-150 & a cover

I have a 2015 PCX-150 we recently bought. This is mostly for use when we travel in our RV, instead of going with a towed vehicle. I got a carrier I like, did a test drive with the scooter strapped to the carrier. My next issue is whether to buy a cover or not. The benefits of having a cover are fairly obvious, keep it cleaner, dryer, etc. The negatives are not so obvious. I was looking at many on Amazon and it seems every one I looked at, some reviews said the covers did not hold up well. Also many people reported the cover chaffing or marring the plastic or the seat (due to shifting constantly due to wind, while driving the RV). Some also reported the cover staining parts of their bikes. And of course, the cover melting onto the bike, if you haven't allowed it to cool enough first. By my own observation, I would say that other RV's with bikes on the back, it seems 2 out of 3 do not have covers on them. So I wanted to get a sense of what folks here thought, what they do (if in the same situation). And, if recommending to use a cover, a good, durable one that will nicely fit my PCX-150 (which has the small trunk). I have included a picture.

Wow, kinda surprised, over a week since I asked this and no responses yet. I hope someone can chime in about using covers when hauling on the back of an RV.

Well I just took my motorcycle endorsement class week before last. Spoke to instructor who is quite knowledgeable and a long time rider and mechanic. He recommended NO COVER, for the reasons I mentioned.
