which crf450r?

I am thinking about getting a crf450, but which year is the best. Ik the newer the better but is fuel injected a lot better than the carb? The newest I'll probably go is 2010. So which years are the best out of 2002-2010 & what year did they have the aluminum frame I would like that over the steel.
