I'm having a little trouble with my 04 honda civic lx. I first off I put a 1.7 vtec in and I'm using the old ecu. Car was running great for about a month. I noticed that the battery light was on. It was running a little under 12 volts. While I was driving the car it all of a sudden when I hit the gas it wasn't getting any gas. When I was pulling over it died on me. Waited 5 min or so car didn't seem like it wanted to start but it did and it was close to home so I drove back. While driving the rpm gauge would work and it would only rev so far then it would do the same thing. Just had the battery tested and it's good. Has check engine light so I plugged it into a scanner and it wouldn't read it. I'm not sure where I should start in fixing the matter. Any help out there

 

welcome to the forum need to swap out the ecu from the vtec car.you got the engine from.
