Angry 1991 accord start issues

Hello everybody,

I'm new on this forum and i have a problem with my 1991 honda accord. About few month ago I took the car to the mechanic to replace timing belt and watter pump. It worked fine for about four month and one day my son heared a noise from engine, doing like a tractor. He got it home, I checked the oil and it was fine. He left after that to school and called me after 20 minutes to haul him home because car stoped working. At home, the car didn't want to start, but after a week my son was able to start it and move it few yards with same noise. Later I was not able to start it again. Replaced all spark plugs wires, checked if the gas coming to the engine, everithing is alright. Last time when checked it, starter tryies to turn over the engine but very hard, with nothing else happening, no spark, no nothing. Replaced spark plugs also, with no avail. Anybody has a clue what can be wrong with it and if it's worthy to take to mechanic to fix it? I'll apreciate any help, God bless yall!

Dan D.

welcome to the forum. Have you checked your distributor, coil/ignitor. This could also cause a no spark.
